qualified professionals in your area — fast, simple, and hassle-free.

Recieve Real-Time Lead Alerts

When a homeowner submits a request in your selected service area, you’ll receive an SMS notification with key project details — including service type, urgency, and general location.

You can quickly review the opportunity and decide whether it fits your schedule and expertise.

Claim the Leads You Want

If you’re interested in a lead, simply submit the provided claim form using the Lead ID from the notification. Once successfully claimed, you’ll receive the homeowner’s full contact information so you can reach out directly.

There are no subscriptions and no automatic charges — you choose which leads to pursue.

Limited Availability, Fair Opportunity

To give homeowners options, a limited number of professionals may claim the same lead. This ensures customers can compare providers while still keeping competition manageable.

If a lead reaches its maximum claims or is closed by the homeowner, you’ll be notified and will not be charged.

How the Lead Process Works — Step by Step

Step 1 - A Homeowner Submits a Request

A homeowner selects a service and submits their project details. You’ll receive a real-time SMS notification with the service type, urgency, and general location.

Step 2 - You Review the Opportunity

Each notification includes a unique Lead ID. If the project fits your availability and service area, you can choose to claim it.

No subscriptions. No automatic charges.

Step 3 - Submit the Lead ID & Confirm

Open your claim form, enter the corresponding Lead ID, and confirm your claim. If the lead is still available, you’ll immediately receive the homeowner’s full contact information.

Step 4 - Contact the Homeowner Directly

Reach out promptly via phone or email to introduce yourself, discuss the project, and provide your quote. Fast responses increase your chances of securing the job.

Step 5 - Lead Closes Automatically

A lead may close for one of the following reasons:

• The homeowner has selected a professional already.

• The lead has reached the maximum number of claims.

• The request has expired after 72 hours.

If a lead is no longer available, you’ll be notified before claiming.
