Acquizen does not provide home services directly and is not a contractor, employer, agent, or representative of any Service Professional. We facilitate the exchange of information between users but do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any services performed.
3. Homeowner Terms
3.1 No Obligation to Hire
Submitting a service request does not obligate you to hire any Service Professional.
3.2 Independent Professionals
All Service Professionals are independent businesses. Acquizen does not supervise, control, or direct their work.
3.3 Information Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting a request.
3.4 Communications Consent
By submitting a request, you consent to being contacted by Service Professionals via phone, SMS, or email regarding your project.
4. Service Professional Terms
4.1 Independent Contractor Status
Service Professionals using the Platform are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Acquizen.
4.2 Lead Notifications
Service Professionals may receive notifications of homeowner requests within their selected service areas.
4.3 Lead Claims
Access to homeowner contact information may require successful submission and confirmation of a lead claim. Multiple Service Professionals may be permitted to claim the same lead.
4.4 Lead Availability
Leads may become unavailable due to:
- Homeowner confirmation or closure
- Maximum claim limits
- Expiration after a set time period
- System or administrative adjustments
Acquizen does not guarantee lead volume, exclusivity, or conversion.
4.5 Payment Terms
Service Professionals agree to pay applicable lead fees as presented at the time of claim. Fees and pricing structures may change at Acquizen’s discretion.
4.6 Professional Standards
Service Professionals agree to:
- Maintain all required licenses and insurance.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct themselves professionally and ethically.
5. No Warranty
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Acquizen makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted service.
We do not guarantee:
- Job conversion rates
- Project completion
- Revenue outcomes
- Lead accuracy beyond user-submitted information
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acquizen shall not be liable for:
- Any damages arising from interactions between homeowners and Service Professionals
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.
7. Disputes Between Users
Acquizen is not responsible for disputes between homeowners and Service Professionals. All disputes must be resolved directly between the involved parties.
8. Termination
Acquizen reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
9. Privacy
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate federal or state courts within the United States.
