This Refund Policy applies to Service Professionals who purchase or claim leads through Acquizen.

By claiming a lead, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Leads

Acquizen provides access to homeowner-submitted service requests. Leads represent opportunities to contact potential customers.

Acquizen does not guarantee:

- Job conversion

- Revenue

- Project completion

- Response from homeowners

- Project scope accuracy beyond user-submitted information

All leads are non-exclusive unless otherwise stated and may be available to multiple professionals.

3. No Refunds for Performance Outcomes

Refunds will NOT be issued based on:

- Homeowner failure to respond

- Homeowner selecting another professional

- Price disagreements

- Job cancellation after contact

- Dissatisfaction with conversion rate

- Perceived quality of the opportunity

Lead purchases are final once homeowner contact information has been successfully delivered.

4. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be issued at Acquizen’s discretion in limited cases involving verified system errors, including:

- You were charged but did not receive the homeowner’s contact information

- The lead was technically unavailable at the time of claim due to system malfunction

- Duplicate billing caused by a confirmed platform error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the lead claim.

5. Lead Expiration and Closure

Leads may become unavailable due to:

- Maximum claim limits

- Homeowner closure (e.g., request marked complete)

- Automatic expiration after a designated period (e.g., 72 hours)

If a lead is unavailable prior to successful claim confirmation, you will not be charged.

6. Dispute Process

To request a review of a charge, Service Professionals must contact:

- Lead ID

- Date of claim

- Description of the issue

Acquizen reserves the right to investigate and determine eligibility for refund at its sole discretion.

7. Abuse of Refund Policy

Excessive refund requests, abuse of the dispute process, or misuse of the Platform may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Policy Updates

Acquizen reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
